Pre-Birthday Celebration

Last Saturday, March 21, was my birthday. The whole week was really special! Except last Wednesday, March 18, where I made my out-of-the-blue tantrum for some petty reason! Ha-ha! But nevertheless, my birthday celebration was overwhelming! I had a 3-day celebration, which started on Thursday, March 19, where my housemates, Ian and I celebrated it with gaiety and laughter.

Earlier that day, I received an advance rocky road-red ribbon birthday cake delivery from Ian and shared it with my office mates. After which, he escorted me to the Dampa, Metro Walk to have a reservation for March 20’s dinner with friends। Then we set off straight to my apartment to meet my housemates and have some drink। Jam was late, by the way! Ha-ha! But it’s touchingly because he had hard time looking for cake to give me. 



Luckily, though, according to him, he saw the Mushroom Burger house and bought a mushroom pancit canton for me! How sweet! And the night was filled with gladness, fun and entertainment. Thank you jam, chiqui, cocoy and ian for that unforgettable bloated evening.

Friday, March 20 was all the more remarkable for I have had an apparent bunch of friends to have dinner with and pre-celebrate my birthday! Present were James, Siena, Mac, Marianne, Pinky, Pepe, Tyrone, Gina (Tyrone’s girlfriend, yikee!), and of course Ian and I. We ate dinner at Squared Palutuan, Dampa Metro Walk। It’s fascinatingly heavenly! Around 9pm, dinner was served. It’s high time we desire for seafood food trip! We have buttered-garlic shrimp, calamares, sinigang sa miso na ulo ng mayamaya, baked tahong, grilled pork, and enseladang manggang hilaw na may lato। Hmmm, yummy!! For dessert, we ate the red ribbon cake gift to me by Tyrone and Gina। After which, we headed straight to Pioneer Centre to cry our stress out through videoke! And boom, I was doubly happy to be with my friends as we welcome March 21, my birthday there -- singing! Ahh, what a feeling! Thank you so much for being there, my dear friends! And thank you so much for all those who have remembered! Thank you Pinky and Pepe for the shirt! Thanks Ian for the bouquet of flowers and for the Alchemist book! I was deeply touched. Though I feel sorry for not having been with my high school batch mates when they were at Quatrro, Timog that time to celebrate I and Teng’s birthday. But thank you for the thought!I really am so very happy!
